To make yogurt pie:
* Form diameter 22 cm
Yogurt - 400 g
Large egg - 4 pcs.
Sugar - 100 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Corn starch - 75 g
Salt - a pinch
Lemon zest - to taste
1. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites.
2. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat until fluffy.
3. Beat egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and yogurt until smooth. Lemon zest can be added if desired. The pie will taste even better.
4. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
5. Line the bottom and sides of the mold with parchment. To keep the parchment better, you can grease the sides and bottom with vegetable oil.
6. Pour the dough into the mold. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 170°C (340°F).
7. Allow the finished cake to cool in the form. Then take it out of the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Very tasty!
