The decreased tower health is too much in my opinion. I'd say there shouldn't even be a difference per tower troop, but it could work with more tweaks and more tower troops.

It would be nice to have towers with similar slowing effects as the Ice Wizard or Ram Rider do.

They will eventually come. This opens up for a TON of tower trops with different effects each. Cannoneer strong shooting, the lady which is the next TT will likely throw knives so quick that will be good against swarm, and later on we will probably get slowddown effects TTs, etc etc. They will start doing Tower Troops from now on, not regular troops. So far, this new TT is so underwhelming, but I rather have it this way and be a situational card and not a BROKEN tower.

No it won't people would just attack the side that their deck works the best against. Most games are 1 tower games anyways so have 2 different ones means you're always at a disadvantage

I’m predicting the next tower troop is a dart goblin who shoots 4x quicker than this one but does 50 damage per shot (a little bit less then 1/4 the canoneers damage) to be better with swarms

@@Gambling_addict1001 Evo arch is good but not the best..You honestly need to put something in front of arch in order to save them from strong troops like mega knight…Evo valk will be dominating this new season due to the tornado effect… Even if the Mega Knight targets the tower with a jump, Valkyrie’s ability to divert its attention makes her a valuable defensive choice…

It’s not versatility, it’s the removal of simplicity and reliability the game always had. Later on, the sheer amount of tower troops literally makes games decided purely by matchup since some decks could be completely countered by the tower troops

I'm glad there's tower troops. It adds more variety to the game. I might get yelled at, but I like the evo Valk. I know you don't premote defensive gameplay but it's good to have card to use on defense. I guess it makes defense a little easier. I could definitely see some synergy with Bomb tower for defense

Sounds good until the next step: Each tower troop can only be used in one deck. So in clan war two of your decks will have no tower troop until more are released.
