Jihyo's high notes and Dahyun's deep voice in Gone is a masterpiece, i can't wait for the whole song.. and queen of hearts is just a bop.. OMG, this album is BOP after BOP

I think I might cry listening to "when we were kids". I seriously grew up together with Twice and I can't see my junior&senior high school life without them. If time ever goes back, I will still stan this group no matter what, over and over again.

Jeongyeon. I have to comment that despite this year being most trying for most, if not all people, including me, you and your members have absolutely carried me through this long and difficult year. My introduction to TWICE occurred in 2019 and I had gradually began to learn about all of the members and the discography of TWICE. As I took the time to learn about each of the members of the, I always found myself gravitating towards you. Before I even knew all of the members’ names, I felt this spirit within you that constantly drew me to you. One of the first qualities that I noticed about you was your warm smile. I noticed how easily you smile even if you find yourself in situations that might make you feel like you might not want to. Seeing the optimism that you have always had immediately made me feel more hopeful for the outcome of my future and the future of the world we all live in. It didn’t stop there, though. During my time catching up to the history of TWICE, I have gotten the honor of seeing you perform on multiple different stages and in multiple different settings. I want to first comment on how stunning, stellar, and captivating your dancing is. Every time that I see you dance, I am reminded of what true passion and hard work is. Every movement that you make is perfect, and you leave every stage having put on a show even better than the last. Overall, you are an indescribably professional and proud performer both on and off the stage. However, perhaps your greatest charm lies within your voice. The first time that I ever heard you sing, I was completely taken aback, and even after getting acquainted to it, I am still surprised as if I am hearing it for the first time to this day. Your voice is encompassed of so much emotion, power, but delicacy and sweetness as well. It is so unique and it shines no matter what song you sing. Your voice is so versatile and you can effortlessly sing anything and everything you want. It’s no doubt that both your members and of course, ONCE, recognize your voice as one of the greatest, and you bring so much to TWICE and music overall. We are so lucky that you are spending your time making music and sharing with people your outstanding musicality. You have so much to offer and can do so much with your platform. You surprise us every single day with something new and exciting using the gift of music that you were born with; and you are changing so many peoples’ lives because of it. On top of your incredible performing ability, I have also fallen in love with your goofy and sincere personality. I have been fortunate enough to get to know each of you all personally, and I see a lot of myself in you. I love how eagerly you tease your members and always have a good time with them no matter where you are. I know that you are one of the reasons that they are always able to cheer up and have fun no matter what happens to them. You are so funny and always make TWICE and ONCE burst into laughter with your natural humor and wittiness. On the other hand, I love how open and honest that you are with your ONCE. I feel so close to you because of how much you have been willing to open up to ONCE and your members. I know it can’t always be easy sharing everything that you are feeling or have gone through, but you spoil us anyway by inviting us into your heart and being so genuine with us. There is so much respect that exists for you being as humble as you are in a world that tries to take that away from you. I am now part of a group of people that love more honestly than they thought they ever could, and it is all because of you. You have opened the hearts and minds of so many people and encouraged them to lean on the people they love when they need it most. As I said before, though this year has been taxing in more ways than one can count, I feel like I have learned a lot about making the most of what I have, and I owe a great deal of that to you. I am honored to have somebody so lovely as a role model. However, I am just one person, and I know that there are millions of people everywhere that feel just as I do. I know that your members love you and value you as a part of the group. On top of this, they cherish you as a best friend and a sister that was present and will be present for some of the most precious moments of their life. You make them laugh, cheer them up, and share their pain with them which is all that you can ask from another person. ONCE also have a lot to thank you for and praise you for. You are someone who has brought a group of different people together and teach them to love unconditionally every single day. We thank you every day for showing us so much spirit and hope. I know you have gone through a lot, both as an individual and with your group as well. I know you worked hard to get to where you are now, and I am so proud of you for persevering through all of your obstacles to fight another day. "When We Were Kids" I would say has the most nostalgic 2010's American pop vibe and I'm kinda digging it...

Jihyo. Of course, my first impressions of you were through your music videos and songs, and it is inevitable for every Once to have their sights fixated on you at first sight. When I would watch Twice videos, your smile alone was just so bright and inviting and I couldn’t stop watching you because you just looked like you were having so much fun. Your facial expressions alone had the power to tell a whole story. On top of this, in general you are just absolutely stunning and completely dominate in every concept. You can do absolutely anything on the stage and the sky’s the limit. I first became completely enchanted by your vocals. I remember reading a comment by a Once that talked about how you are very impressive since you are able to mold your voice to any Twice song. How you manage to keep your classic sound while still completely maintaining the aura of a Twice song is beyond me. Your voice is so full of power and you let it effortlessly glide over every song that you sing. It’s as smooth as water and as thorough as how you are personally. Every note and every line is so delicately crafted and I can’t think of a better way to describe it other than it being soul-warming. You have so much to offer just from singing alone. I can tell how much that you trust your voice to lead you to memorable performances and to leave your audiences speechless. Your dancing abilities are just as strong and unique. There is so much individuality in the way that you move and I love how you choose to control your movements. I love how you let your body fade into the performance and you and the music seem to become one. You’re so aware of your facial expressions and how you make yourself aware to your Once. Just those alone have the ability to completely characterize a performance. Your movements are so loose, yet controlled at the same time. I love that you incorporate some of your own style into every choreography you perform. It is so mesmerizing how you’re able to perfectly execute your dances while still putting so much charisma and delight into them. I can tell that you really have fun when you can be on the stage and let yourself give into your environment. Every choreographed moved just beautifully flows from one to the next. You’re nothing short of an absolutely phenomenal performer. As I mentioned before, not only do you bring balance to your performance as a whole, but you really make your members shine on the stage as well. You are undoubtedly meant to be on stage because there really is nothing that you can’t accomplish when you give your heart to your music and your Once on stage. I feel so lucky and honored that I get to be a Once because it just feels like you are meant to be sharing your artistry and love for the stage with the world. You’re simply breathtaking onstage, but your personality can be described as such all the same. As I stated earlier, when I started to become familiar with each of the members’ personalities, the I noticed immediately how much you smile. No matter if it was an interview, guest appearance, or elsewhere, your smile is always on your face and always big enough to put smiles on the faces of those around you. Soon after, I really started to appreciate and take pride in the way that you treat others, specifically your members. It took me no time to realize just how much they mean to you. I remember hearing about each member talking about their different experiences and first impressions of the members, and although it seems hard to believe because of how close you are, I know that some members were more shy or hesitant to open up than others. Here we are, now, and you are the leader of eight other outstanding human beings that are a bigger family that I could have ever imagined. You have eight other people that have personalities ranging from reserved to extroverted, and you were able to bring them all together under the same dream. You brought all of their hearts together. It’s hard for some people to even make one friend, especially in an age when it seems it’s hard to trust other people. You, however, seemingly brought understood and respected eight very different people, not even including yourself, and helped them do the same for each other. I don’t even have to say that not just anybody can do this. You are a performer too outstanding for words, but in my opinion, it is the graciousness of your heart that is your greatest charm. I can’t help but question how you did this. I just absolutely love how comfortable you’re able to make them all feel under any circumstances. You always see the best in them and encourage them, even in just the smallest of gestures, to believe in themselves. You must have a heart completely pure and inclusive to all to able to do this. I work every day to take after your example because you make it seem like making friends and loving others is so simple when it’s sometimes made to seem so complicated. I know that you’re the leader of Twice, and the heights that the group have reached are as high as the starts, but I believe that being a family member to so many people is so much greater. It’s how you influence them every day when you might not realize it that exposes your true nature and kind heart. The members feel it too. The way that they speak of you so highly and with such admiration proves the impact that you’ve had on them is severe and permanent. I just want you to know how magnificent you are for being so loving and open to your friends. In the same way, you love Once and show them the same affection. You always speak with us in your mind and devote your time to us. Somehow, no matter what the subject is, you tied it back to us when you don’t even have to. You are in constant communication with us as well. There’s nothing more reassuring then knowing that no matter what happens in our every day lives, we have you to turn to. I know how hard that you can push yourself, but I know so many people that are really hurting and lonely right now. You are the cure for the sadness and isolation that many people are going through simply because you interact with us. We could never ask for you to work harder or do anything other than what you are now. That you even feel like you want to keep working hard for us is overwhelming because we are comforted by the way that you show us love in the smallest of ways. I can see it even just in the way that you smile, or ask us our opinion on a work that you’ve created. You really value and treasure us and we do the same to you. You are so precious in the lives of so many people and you are there for so many people who have nobody. You inspire a generation of people to find happiness in the darkest of moments and Once are so honored to say that we stand by you. There is no greater satisfaction or feeling of life if you don’t spend it giving your love to another, and we get to give our love to somebody that responds to it beautifully. I want to personally thank your family and parents for raising you and giving you the opportunities to live the life that you do now. I know that they mean a lot to you, and your Once loves them as you do. I know that they shaped you and helped you become who you are, and for that we are so grateful.
