Moon is jealous of Sun's love, he was very sad because everyone was shunned, there was a little girl who supported him but he still couldn't protect it in the end 😥

I really love how Sun's programming is affected by the glitch too. In his mind, Vanny was probably the approved parent or guardian to pick her up. Since he doesn't seem to be handing her to Vanny out of any ill intent. Sun and Moon probably view the other as each other's dark side.

I can see both sides of this. Not just in this AU, Sun is the infected one instead of Moon. But them being one body, Sun seems to get more of a life than Moon. It seems like there's so much daytime and not enough night time for poor Moon. But I feel that before Moon got infected, back when they still had nap times in the Daycare, that there were a handful of kids that loved Moon for protecting them against the monsters in their imagination and dreams. That he would comfort and soothe any kids that woke because of a nightmare. That there were some kids that had loved Moon, perhaps even more than Sun. Then, probably because of the Glitchtrap infection, Moon did things he regretted to kids he loved so much. And it only hurt more when nap time was canceled cause Moon wouldn't have been able to make any new friends when he's cut off from seeing anyone yet still having a caretaker Ai inside of him. That must have torn Moon up so badly that he was forced away and he couldn't make a life for himself. Hell, we don't even know at all if Sun and Moon could talk mentally to each other or if that's just pure fan fic feature so the two could talk to themselves but not out loud. Back to the video, it was awesome! At least Moon had one fan and he got to spend sometime with her before Glitchtrap, Vanny, and Sun ruined it for him. I'm sure he cherished that toy of himself that she had dropped ever since because he was unable to save her so keeping her toy is the closest thing he'll have to remember her by.

It would have actually been good if at the last hour of the game when Gregory has to run toward the exit, Moondrop actually grabs him and reveals he wants to help Gregory escape before the lights come back on and *Sunrise* is free to chase and grab him!

Finally an animation that shows Sun as the evil one and Moon as the good, but misunderstood one

This was so much more upsetting than I thought it would be. Your animations always inflict emotions within me but the way that Sun turned around and gave the girl away was devastating when I thought that Moon's perception of him was false and he was actually helpful. I don't know what I was expecting but this video was amazing.

Sun isn’t evil he just was programmed to send kids back to their parent and family. He probably thought Vanny was the little girls mom. Also moon isn’t evil he was just corrupted by Vanny in the game.

I love how even tho Sun is portrayed as the bad half in this its mainly cause of Moon’s jealousy and because they’re both controlled by Vanny/Afton where Sun just surrenders kids when asked while Moon in canon is encouraged to hunt

So from what I've learned that Moon was fully aware of the situation, while (from my point of view) was actually like put to sleep and only comes out when the lights are on, seeing how Moon was only shown in person much longer than Sun. Also, Sun thought Vanny was a parent/guardian of the little girl, seeing how he tried to wave at the girl while she was getting dragged away, seemingly not knowing whats about to happen to her. I'm gonna guess that he wasn't programmed to know about weapons, because he was built to babysit children, and how calm he seems about Vanny holding the knife, likely not aware of it being a dangerous object. Almost forget to mention, love the swapped role where Moon was trying to help the girl instead of Sun

Damn, this is pretty sad. At the end, Sun thinks Vanny is just another friend and he gives the girl to her not knowing she's a "rulebreaker". I got feels from this video, man.

Honestly i dont feel like sun is the evil one in this one, he probably recognized vanny as the caretaker still i love how neither of them are bad in this but is swapped the level of resistance to the virus

Tbh, this feels kinda accurate. Sun basically traps you in the daycare. Moon traumatized many children that was probably not his intention. So he was probably just angry and tried to attack you.

진짜 여러번 돌려봤습니다. 영상 앞부분에 썬이 아이들을 부모님에게 돌려보내는 듯한 장면이 있었는데 마지막에 문이 썬으로 변했을 때도 똑같이 아무렇지 않게 여자아이를 바니한테 보내는 장면이 너무 소름돋고 천재적이라는 생각이 들었네요. 또 이 이야기 배경이 그레고리 사건 (정식 시큐리티 브리치)이전이라면 문이 여자아이를 지키지 못한게 제때 재우지 못했기 때문이라는 강박 때문에 계속 그레고리를 재우려고 한 것 아닐까 싶습니다.

Além disso,esse final...eu gosto de pensar que a Vanny tava se aproveitando do protocolo do Sun,tipo no final do dia as crianças tem que sair com seus responsáveis e n séria estranho uma criança chorar e fazer birra para n ter que sair,então para o Sun,que pelo que sabemos n tem memórias de quando é o Moo,aquelo era apenas outro dia.Enquanto para o Moon,a Vanny era uma ameaça a criança, ja que ele viu a faca e a maneira que ela se comportava. Obs:acabei e perceber que a Vanny n escondeu a faca do Sun,então é ... acjo que os animatronic deveriam ter um protocolo para pessoas com facas e que estão claramente atacando alguém então...

i like the idea of this.Freddy was able to help Gregory so whos to say other animatronics didnt have similar storys.The tried to help children to escape from Vanny but eventually got corrupted.

I dont think sun is evil. Hes more like the naive one to both of them. Because of moons experience hes more awake to peoples attitude and knows when something bad is going on while sundrop, never having people have a bad opinion on him lives like everything is all sunshine and rainbows therefore follows protocol when needed because he doesnt believe there would be anything bad that happen especially with workers on the daycare. In the end sundrop probably thought the kid wasnt picked up by her parents (considering shes alone in the daycare) and gave her up to vanessa , a security worker whos sundrop supposed to trust a kids protection. He was oblivious to the danger while moondrop was aware of it.

Everyone has a dark side and a bright side. Moondrop has turned into something he doesn't want. That girl must be really sad too. Very good!

I remember playing the game and I am still technically a kid but when I saw Sun who is supposed to be a daycare attendant, I was horrified. I love Moon though he looks like my sleep paralysis demon.

Masterpiece of animation

Wow, I love that. The concept that, while Sun does fight it sometimes and Moon as well, they both can be killers, even if all they do is hold you down to give you away to Vanny for whatever she wishes. I feel so bad for Moon, he's not meant to be scary, but a simple voice change and light setting (essentially, I see the red eyes as some sort of night vision system since he's designed to be in the dark, and the deep and guttural voice he has as an edit, he'd normally likely whisper) makes him terrifying even when he only does his job. I love that he's able to interact with and be kind to children even when they're up past their bedtimes, so nice to see he has that side. Also, while I normally don't particularly enjoy the strange mesh of combining flesh-like movements onto an animatronic's face, it works... pretty well on Sun and Moon. I do also quite enjoy that it switches to how their face _really_ looks sometimes, showing that, while not everything is inaccurate, these somewhat more organic forms are all in the minds of the animatronics, just like the visions of Glitchtrap and Sun throughout.

Why do these animations always make me tear up. There so good and so sad.
