Imo, Hawk rework is an S tier if you're really good on a aggressive playstyle. Sure you might get countered multiple times, but with how fast the attack speed and the high damage, including the anti on ecstasy, it's a very broken to put your opponent overwhelmed. Though, it might get counter by passive players, which is annoying but if you're a smart aggressive player, you might get passed that. Overall, Hawk rework is a very fun style. Being so aggressive is just so rewarding.

I remember when iron fist was insanely over powered with its old dashes, the style used to having ippo dashes and no PD cooldowns made it so op

shotgun bug only happens when you get counter while using the shotgun barrage.you can only get your dash back after you use another shotgun barrage without get counter. hope the dev fix this soon😊

For those who asking why shotgun style dash is not working is because you guys get counter while using shotgun barrage to make your dash became normal again is to lane your shotgun barrage

i just started playing whit shotgun and the doge problem only hapeens when u fully miss ur R or when u get counter while using it to fixed u need to use ur R again . :D

You can dodge the Wolf m2 very easily now Just block since the first m2 come onto the right side time it and then you can just dodge it very easily

I would say ghost is only A tier since it also has alot of downsides like mid base damage and ult does only like 45% with all the ghost jab nerfs you cant burst damage the enemy down like slugger or other styles Also he can only do left jab or right heavy so it can get pretty predictable against skilled players

hawk however has the damn neutral dodge (sway back) unlike kimura which makes the agression much possible

i main ghost style but now ho ho ho i use charge style im getting good on it also and atlast it made me go above gold for the first time in a year yeah lagging makes me overnerfed

Kimura is actually pretty damn good now once you start stacking up the slow down, it throws people off timings so much.

Just a warning to people who get the shotgun bug, it will carry to other styles until you reset the game or fix it. Had to play a full match with smash and no dash. Went back to shotgun after and did barrage a couple times and I could dash again.

Random style idea what about the “Steve fox style” he’s have a similar ability to freedom but with some interesting features His modes being “Outfighting ”(in tekken he can get into flicker stance by landing a counter holding back) “Peakaboo” “Midrange/allround” And his back dash is what he does in tekken 8 his lion heart stance and throws a fast upper cut(this will deal extra counter damage) or a hook that can break blocks if connected He’s have a decent block not great but decent His damage maybe on par with freedom but have a similar weakness His description You’ve fought you way through the tough iron fist tournament your experience in battle and the ring makes you very unpredictable Titles(names in ranked in the actual game ) Garyu Tekken god God of destruction

jwordz to be more specific shotguns dashes break if your shotgun barrage gets interrupted in the middle of the animation so if your barrage is barraging and you get hit you cant dodge until you do another uninterrupted barrage

Playing the buffed kimura is amazing since if you’re aggressive enough you’re just playing a charge with a backdash (the stamina drain is way too good if they don’t pay attention)

for hitman when i tried it the range so small so many other styles got the same range or higher and there are styles that have faster start up than me (prob a high skill issue for me or my laptop has high skill issue)

Shotgun's dash not working is intentional IMO since its a glass jaw, you take more damage on counters and it prevents you from dashing if you get countered while using the shotgun jab. If you were to box in real life you will know how tmj affects knees so bad. It would be cool if it was implemented as a mechanic but some cases my dashes work after a certain amount of time has passed or landing my ability so thats a quick fix.

everything is good expect the Iron Fist, dont forget that its ult can almost 1-shot you even if you also take a lot of damage. I do have a lot of experience with it since ive been maining it and i would put it on A+ before smash, but as you said, thats your opinion and that is mine.

i would say freedom is easily above corkscre in my opinion. im a main of it and i know how to switch modes and when to i have techs like swapping to flicker right before throwing a m1 so they dont expect it. if they slow punch for counter damage ill use flicker to counter or smash for the perfect dodge right after a perfect dodge i swap to smash, m2 and u gotta time u swap to flicker to try and keep up (if you swap too early it will result in a faint) i prefer to use whirlwind to get some hp back from ults but not only that people get desesperated to land a m2 so i dont regen any hp back, i use flicker to punish i use flicker to put pressure on block and keep it there so when it is low and i have full stamina i can do a lot of dmg and a m2 at the end so they dont regen whirlwind is my mode for moving around smash i spam m2 with it (i only use m2 on smash) if i can get their block low i can either get away and get flicker ready or keep with smash i stop m2 if they perfect dodge or counter cause keeping up its most likely to get me punished i say above Corkscrew cause the health regen doesnt matter if i can land m2 consistently i think hitman would be above freedom cause the quick m1 makes me as a freedom quite hard to get damage and land m2 so they dont regen pretty large text i know but its just my opinion ty if u did read this

So there's a bug when you use shotgun ability and it gets cancelled (but u alr have a cool down in ability) ur dashes doesnt work, but if u use shotgun one more time after cooldown and if u would be able to use it (even if in the air) ur dashes will Come back!

How do I counter people who only use m1s and constantly back off? It's a very common play style and trying to perfect dodge lights lack a lot of consistentcy so I dont know how to successfully counter hitmans or hawks (they typically spam m1s and back off from my experience) and my fighting style is wolf

Shotgun is crazy good, You just need to use the barrage when the opponent is stunned. It does crazy damage.

corkscrew may sound good but it has bad endlag (especially if you have ping like 250+ it wont let u dash after attacking for longer than other styles) and pretty slow i will say corkscrew is a B tier

I knew there was a bug with shotgun like i was going insane complaing why isnt my dash working cause apparently if your barrage gets interrupted your dash will not work same goes for charge if your charge gets interrupted your dash wont work

I am a counter main And i can say that the base damage is not that solid I had a ton of long battles because i had to rely on playing aggresive and throw to the trash can the counter damage due to the oponent adaptability or a passive one Its tedious to deal with the base damage, but at least i could make great timings with the counters and put the end of the battle quiet easy and fast, and its satisfying Even i could get out of silver and went into a winning streak and climb my way up to gold when i start maining counter, even i had a winning streak of 41 wins in public servers The only style that i never get used to is bullet, but at least i can put out a fight anyway

I think Smash is just a more economical version of Iron Fist. Although Iron Fist takes damage when M2'ing, it does MASSIVE amounts of damage so your opontent needs to be careful. AND perfect dodges are EXTREMELY rewarding in Iron Fist in my opinion. Smash is just like Iron Fist but it is more economical. You can easily roll Smash literally ANY TIME. It's M2 is easy to dodge and punish when you adapt to it, but because of Feints, you can actually prevent that. So in my opinion putting Iron Fist and Smash at the same tier is better.
