It has been nearly five years since they fought. They have both won only one fight since then, Cody is 1-3 and moved to a different weight class, and Dom is fighting on the prelims. If somebody told me that's where these guys would be five years after their fight I'd probably have trouble believing it, though I am kind of surprised Dom hasn't retired.

Personally I'd go with Charles only cause I've been a fan longer than I have been with Dustin. Can't wait to see who's gonna get the next title shot after this! Cruz was my favorite fighter watching him from WEC and become the Inaugural Champ, but we’ve definitely seen his better days in the past. Dude has had some crazy injuries and I’ve seen videos of him saying his feet and hands are always hurting. Dude needs to hang it up for his future and health. Wish him best in this fight tho!

@@JJ-eg4zm to be honest, they have trouble with keeping that Womens Bantamweight division alive with the lack of fighters. Pena might not deserve it in the sense of how we see other divisions but its so light, theyre just trying to keep it fresh. If she wins, thats huge for the division. Nunes will probably own it until she retires tho.

It's anybody's fight, Dustin can rock Charles on the feet through his power, and Charles can stun Dustin as well on the feet through his precision in his technical striking, but once the fight hits the ground, Dustin should be very cautious there since he's very likely to be submitted, or Dustin powers through and scrambles back to his feet, resetting the fight. Either way, it's going to be one hell of a fight, or there will be a finish from one of these two warriors. Pretty sure that the double champ and the female GOAT Amanda Nunes will overwhelm Julianna Pena, just like all those challengers who came before her.
