That 1st fight between Mackhachev and Volkanovski was an incredible one. Insanely entertaining from both gentlemen.

Seeing Volk fight Islam with that much confidence during that first fight and hearing the crowd behind him was truly something special.

Sean Strickland putting an all American beating on Izzy was for sure the moment of the year

Amanda Nunes and Robbie Lawler retiring in the same year is tough. Those are shoes that will most likely never be filled, but what made it great was that they both went out in fulfilling ways, especially with the heartwarming video tribute to Robbie, and Julianna Pena screaming and whining.

2023 was an absolutely unforgettable year for UFC, 8 new male undisputed champs were crowned, major shifts in the divisions, lots of amazing fights. 2024 will be even better! UFC 300 is going to be stacked.

People who say volk won against Islam don’t know how mma scoring works. A person can narrowly out strike you and win 3 rounds, then you could have dropped them and out strike them significantly but if you didn’t do it dominantly enough in the numbers and ground control then rounds would be 10-9s so you’d still lose 48-47

I don't really care for women's sports of any kind but that submission by Alexa Grasso on the reigning Queen and one of the best martial artist in the world technique wise was epic. Islam is such a beast and so is Volk. Epic year for MMA. Dana White knows how to put on sick FIGHTS. Also that Israel knockout of Alex and celebration was insane.
