I'm sorry, but Russia invaded a sovereign country. There is nothing to negotiate. Should a sovereign country negotiate how much of it's land they should just give up to the aggressing country? I am think not. Russia needs to mind it's P's and Q's and just end their aggression on the region entirely. Afterwards any negotiating in terms of commerce or trade can be made, although let's just say those bridges might have already been burned, no pun intended.
