At the beginning of June, the 7th separate "Arey" battalion of the 129th TRO brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (attached to the TRO brigade of the city of Dnipro) liberated the village of Neskuchne in Donetsk region. Here stood the "Wagner" PMK, DNRivtsi and regular troops. The latter consisted mostly of residents of Primorsky Krai, which is almost 9,000 kilometers from Donetsk region.
As our military said, the liberation of Neskuchny was not easy: the Russians put up fierce resistance. But now the Ukrainian flag flies over the village again.
- Why is the release of Neskuchny important for the further offensive of the Armed Forces?
- How did the Ukrainians storm the Russian outpost and how long did the operation last? How many lost their own and how many were taken prisoners?
- How did the volunteers outsmart the Russians?
