Infinix are finally moving up in the world! I had an infinix phone when they launched the Android One phones from the initial program from Google, so it's great to see how far they have come. Hopefully they can iron out their OS issues as their hardware is always great, but software is always lagging.

Honestly, as a tech UKpostsr who reviews a lot of apple products … just seeing some of the specs offered by this infinix phone is just incredible ! And what I find crazy Is that it is so much cheaper than any iPhone or Samsung 😅 I’m going to start reviewing these phone now ahhhaa ☺️☺️

Worth mentioning that the phone is set to Safe Charging. You will have to enable Thunder Charging on the settings. You dont need Thunder charging enabled all the time.

The only problem with the Infinix is you can pretty much forget about updates. Even security updates come out 3 - 4 months apart, maybe.... I got the Infinite note 10, 11, and zero X pro. All these phones are SUPPOSED to be updated to Android 12 but so far no love. Might be great hardware but the software is lacking somewhat.

Infinix seems to be adding quite a few sturdy - reliable and efficient smartphones in recent years. Love the combination of the Dimensity chipset with the 200MP camera and 180W fast charging support.

You notice how some of these Chinese brands start from budget smartphones and eventually rank up to Flagship? I think this is the reason why most high value brands like LG or Sony can't get into the smartphone market that well. They just want to start from the top, you need to rank up to the top imo.

I bought it yesterday for 470$, and after the first charge, the battery was at 65%. I gave it 6 minutes to charge and got 100%, which is crazy.

I havent upgraded since I got the galaxy s8 when it came out. Havent seen a reason. But now I think I'm ready...I feel they figured out the foldable phones so that is something I'll look at and I think the next gen phones MIGHT be worth the upgrade. But when I can still game and do anything else with ZERO hiccups or problems......

The heat will be managed by the brick and it will send the "stress" to the phone's cpu so everything will be good as long as you don't use it while charging

I use an oppo Reno 6 and I must say I've never worried about my phone not being charged in the morning. I just plug it in for 20 mins while I get ready and it is at a 100%. But I tend to carry around my charger a lot. I don't feel comfortable charging it at a lower speed.

Not really, they aren't the best cameras but they are the best in videography, that's where the software optimisation shines, cameras can only be post processed so far, it cannot make up for low megapixel counts or weak optical

I tested the zero ultra and from 0% to 100% it took about 16 minutes, not the 12 minutes Infinix claims but still it's unreal, it has safe charging so it won't be damaging the battery or shorten the battery life charging at those rates.

you should test chargers and devices charging with watt meters on both AC and DC sides. watt meter in the AC outlet, the charger plug into that then a watt meter with the latest fast charging capabilities etc... plug into the charger then the cable plug I to that and the phone and let us see the real watt draw in max performance load etc....
