Yall named 3 dudes that weren't ever going to reset the market anyway. Smith actually took less than his market value. Jefferson is the one Lamb and his Agent waiting on. Jerry could have offered to pay early for all we know, but Lamb has to be ready to sign. Why would Lamb sign early when he knows Jefferson is free at the same time as him?? Both guys are going to reset the market it's just a matter of who will do it first because the other will get more money.
