Zion has serious explosiveness but he has some of the worst landing mechanics I've seen on a player since a young Derrick rose cause proper landing helps your legs absorb jumping so high which if I'm not mistaken you land on 2 or 3 times your body weight of force so if your 290 your landing on somewhere near 580 lbs to 870lbs of force & zion lands straight legged alot instead of landing with at least a quarter squat position to absorb some of the force
