It was about the Raiders Defense!!! They didn't give up th usual big run and big passed were limited. There was lots of pressure and the run d was good. Offense should have had 3 more touchdowns. What a great win.

Yo I’ve said this since last season that Derek Carr is legit. I even made a whole case about how the Saints should trade for him because his contract is great and he just needs a defense. I’ve always loved the Raiders colors/jerseys and their stadium is insane so I tuned into a lot of their games last season and Derek Carr was never the issue from what I saw.

As a Raider fan, i dispise Shannon Sharpe but ill give credit where credit is do, hes FINALLY gives the Raiders credit.

The Raiders were missing 7 players and 5 players only played limited snaps!!! So you're still not taking into consideration that the Raiders have a lot of injuries, too. Offensively Jacobs didn't play neither did Incognito hasn't been able to play, Good is out for the season, Leatherwood only played the 1st half before exiting the game, leaving 3 backups on the O Line. Defensively, McCoy is out for the season, Kwiatkoski has a concussion, Morrow and White have been out since preseason, Yannick and Philon were hobbled and limited, Hayward and Perryman were out of a lot of plays because of cramping and so again, we were without 7 total starters and 5 players played limited snaps!!! So the Steelers missing 3 players is a big deal, but the Raiders missing 7 and 5 played half the snaps that they would have and they were playing hurt... so that's a bigger deal!!! The reason why the Steelers didn't run much was because they were not able to have much success against the Raiders Defense. There's nothing wrong with Ben's arm he was able to throw the ball just fine. The reason why Ben wasn't able to go deep was because the Raiders front 4 were getting constant pressure on him, so he didn't have time to get the ball down field and Bradley's Cover 3 Zone Scheme wasn't allowing the Steelers receivers to get over the top, which is what it's designed to do, the 1 exception was the 1 play that Arnette got beat and was about to recover when Claypool did a good job of pushing off with his long arms to keep separation, it's been called against the Raiders quite a few times in the past, but he didn't make it too obvious and it wasn't that aggreigeous, so credit to him. But Ben's average for time holding the ball to pass is 2.4 seconds this season and it was 2.3 last season, so he still got rid of the ball quickly, but the Raiders secondary was almost always contesting catches and they had quite a few pass breakups, so it's not that anything was wrong with them, it's just that the Raiders flat-out beat them!!! Point Blank Period!!! So it's time that the media starts giving the Raiders the respect that they deserve!!! They've certainly earned it!!! And Gruden lives right next to Carr and they spend a lot of time together, he hasn't drafted a QB since he's been back, he's always commending Carr and saying what a great QB he is... so the narrative that he wanted to replace him is fake news that was made up to drum up a story to get viewers, readers and clicks. Can we quit it with the ridiculous fake news bs...??? Please??? The Raiders are Carr's team. Period. When the Steelers defender rolled up on the back of his ankles there were 30 players standing around him praying for him!!! Thank God he was okay and able to not only finish the game, but he actually won the game!!! And that's after he won the game vs the Ravens last week!!! Carr is the league passing leader and that's with missing 3 of his 5 starting O Linemen!!! The way Carr has been moving in the pocket and scrambling to buy time is absolutely awesome!!! Carr is CLUTCH!!! In fact, through these first two games, Carr has been the best QB in the league!!! It just goes to show what Carr can do with a good team around him, which had been the case in the past, but the difference between the teams of the past few years is that this Raiders team has more than 1 good receiver!!! The Raiders have to get and stay healthy and well throughout the rest of the regular season and postseason and then anything is possible, especially considering that this Raiders team is able to win in any environment and their O Line, receivers and defense continues to improve, so the team that almost every single so-called "expert" picked to come in last in the AFC West Division, could actually end up winning the Superbowl!!! It's still early, we have a long way to go, but I love this Raiders team and coaches, and with having a full house in Vegas that provides a huge home field advantage, the Superbowl LVI Lombardi trophy would look perfect in Allegiant Stadium!!!!!!!!! They giving credit, but to Carr. Nobody is talking about that Dline. Philon, Jefferson been playing very well. These sacks coming pass coverage. They setting the tone. Hayward has been a awesome pick up and Mullens keeps playing well.

Steelers will be back im glad these issues are happening now and not 12 games in like last year. And this game was 16-14 in the 4th so if they play again i see it being another close game. Congrats to Raiders tho the best team ive seen from them in years!

If the Raiders can establish a good running game, I really think we’d have the best offense in the league. And we’re a completely different team on defense, I think we’ll be top 10 and can even be top 5. Our whole defense is relatively new to playing w each other and we’re already playing great. So we SHOULD continue to get better through out the szn. I think we go 12-5 and are serious contenders to win it all, UNLESS Carr or someone huge like that gets injured

Jacobs is a good back they got the little possession receiver in renfro. If they get a good number 2 receiver and that defense get better they can win a super bowl in the next few years.
