@@borgy7085 Can compare it in the way that they are both martial arts leagues but you can not compare the quality OneChampionships shows in comparison to UFC. Even Bellator seems better to me lately. (Now I'm a big fan of Michael Page so there's that)

Wont happen. 1.Ufc doesn’t play nice with other organizations. 2. Rules are different. (UFC) Downed opponents can’t get soccer kicked and kneed to the face when partially downed. 3. One is ok with roids and Ufc isn’t.

The UFC did that with PRIDE and it didnt work out well for the UFC. Although in the long run it didnt work out well for PRIDE, or MMA fans as a whole@@zeroonezero6270

i really wanna compete in the ufc in the future if i have a chance, yeah, One is better since the weight cut isnt as deadly, the community/fans are great and you get paid well, but i wanna fight for glory (not the glory kickboxing organization dumbass, just glory and pride) since there are already alot of filipino champions in One. id love to see a pure filipino champion in the ufc, and i want it to be me. @@zeroonezero6270

@@zeroonezero6270 Good points; also UFC has more to lose. They have more profit and market share, more viewers and bigger popularity too. If their fighters won against One fighters they would gain some, but would lose way more, if One fighters started to light up their athletes. Which I am quite sure would happen.

Agree completely. Back in the day, I knew a few street fighters who were *heavy* into karate. All of them were squarely into “Dude, you don’t want to fight THAT guy!” territory.

Honestly in my opinion it makes the fights more interesting and appealing.

Such a lack of regulation probably makes it easier for these fighters to heal and recover from weight cuts and injuries sustained in the camp or fight much quicker than UFC, if money allows.

ONE is the legit successor to Pride. I miss the Wild West days of mma, before commissions and sanctioning bodies. Frankly I have more respect for guys like Rickson than any mma athlete today. Back in the day, you might legit get kilt.
