I don't average my sleep, but lately, a lot 6-8+. Breathing techniques finally loosening me up enough and I'm fighting back in my dreams a bit more. 🤟🧙♂️🤙 Bring unemployed helps... Broke soon though, so there's that. 😅🤷♂️
