The 155mm artillery shells, Patriot missiles, Javelin missiles, and missiles for HIMARS are all in critical demand by Ukraine and the future shipments will be new or nearly new since the old stuff is now used up after more than 2 years of war. this ukraine aid actually creates american jobs at factories with expanding production of the us arms industry and its high paying jobs. it also saves american tax payer disposal cost of artillery and missiles that have a year left on them before they expire so frees up money for other things.

Please explain the concept of money and the federal reserve. It’s not just the debt. Not one conservative complained when TFg handed out 3 trillion in free money during COVID, nor complained about 9 trillion in debt in four years. 5% of the US defense budget spent on aid to Ukraine to see to the destruction of a major adversary is I think an excellent return on investment.
