Life has trauma. I got my diagnosis at 42 I lost our baby, my husband, my mother and my best friend in under 18 months. I found my husband's body after a horrific fatal accident as I recovered from almost losing my life as our baby was stillborn. The brain tries to protect, but is limited and body can't process some of those worst traumas. It is more rare to escape PTSD in a life, and most who do just do because they passed young.
