They should consider making heroes available when using hero boost, atleast for 1 hour we can use the upgrading hero. Upgrading heroes is the hardest grind in this game atleast make some way to use the hero because hero is also a part of the army not just defense many players having trouble getting 3 stars when hero is not available

No they don’t stack but the higher % of the two takes focus which would be the rage spell. Sometimes it does make sense to do so but I haven’t seen all attacks yet but had to explain this.
