You can't really expect your staff to watch every single player at all times. It's an unpaid job- made much harder if there are no server plugins in place to secretly alert Staff whenever a player gathers diamonds so they can select players in the act of mining. I definitely recommend looking into such a plugin (I didn't see any alerts in chat about anyone finding diamonds at least).

@@SpiderV2 This isn't a practice used by the majority of servers. Whilst I don't know the setup of their server, it would be easier to assume Staff is not a paid position.
