I can empathize, I've been struggling with sleep issues due to self induced anxiety attacks thanks to my over active mind, especially during midnight hours. I'm working on quelling those thought, but I can understand because there have been many nights when I was expected to endure a difficult day ahead of me and I knew going through the panic that this sleepless night will cost me some sanity the following morning. It's funny how we can make things worse, we are all human, after all. Anyways, after a few nights of experiencing those sleepless nights it can really begin to mess with you. Eventually you either find a way to cope and wind down, or the sleepless nights from mental/physical exhaustion catch up to you and put you to sleep.

@@usmanbeatsgsp Tbf Jorge had to cut 20lbs on 6 days notice. Yes according to fighters at ATT he was planning for Usman for months however 20lbs in 6 days is A LOT to cut and im 100% sure it affected his performance. Although Colby or even Wonderboy are more deserving of a shot imo, I also think its fair for Jorge to have a full fight camp for Usman
