Its not mid, itll be one of the best tier 3 ships if you euqip it with the best possible equipment, outclassing Lider, Vella gulf, cn type 055 itll be abke to dish out 2097498 damage per minute, and concidering most of that being cannons and unavoidable makes it even more powerful. Only tark or basisty will be able to outclass it in dpm, maybe some other market ships too, but i dont wanna calculate that too.

honestly, it needs to be improved by 2x Tomahawk - 4x Tomahawk is launched, at least give this ship has 1 grenade launcher or 2x torpedo launcher. USS Long Beach is just far more 10x better than this USS Arkansas
