A hunt I’ll never forget!! Love you dad.

Congrats on an amazing memory. Reminds me of a quote that I am uncertain who said. In my lifetime I have forgotten thousands of days in my life. But, I have not forgotten but a handful of the days I spent hunting with my dad.

So amazing you have that memory! I lost my dad two years ago.. before we were able to hunt. It was something we always were going to do but never got the chance. I went on a solo hunt this last year and shot my first mule deer in the desert in Southern California. I knew he was smiling down watching. So cool you got to have your little man there with your pops. Thanks for sharing!

I watched this the other night and couldn't help but get a tear in my eye because of how proud I know you were of your dad. My dad had a stroke a couple years ago and he is still out and about but it's not the same between me and him, so hunting with him has gotten difficult. However, you have shown me that I need to put that aside for more memories before it's too late. I'd love to see that man shoot a big buck and enjoy the times again. I am so happy for you man. Oh! I also have a 9month old, 2 year old, almost 7, and almost 9 year olds... they all might be coming to my bull elk hunt this year! I just love seeing you get your boy out there.
