@@synchronizedskating Less popular in the rest of the World, but VERY popular in South America. Regardless, the jumps are the same, the Moves in the Field are the same & they’re marked the same. So what if it’s Roller Blades/Skates...It’s still Skating & it is beautiful. I don’t get the snobbishness I’m seeing in here from certain members of the Ice Skating Community. BTW....Someone by the name of Tara Lipinski was a Roller Skating Champion before switching over to the Ice. Just putting that out there.... Take Care!!

Synchronized figure skating is also a thing and from what I know more well known (which isn't very well known at all). I used to be on a team before they got toxic and I quit. Honestly looking at it the requirements are really similar.

@@kits8931 I know it exists, I am a solo skater. But I feel like there is a stigma that you go to do synchronised skating of you're not talented enough in jumps and spins to do solo or pairs and can't skate beautifully enough to do ice dance. But in my country synchronised skating is as good as non existant so that doesn't help. But I am sp wired on solo skating I could never do this
