NOTE, He said "body" -- corps -- not living people. This is not heaven nor an intermittent RAPTURE! Evidently, Luke 17 is a separation within the fallen church - the wicked being removed first from among the saints, as well as the end of the world. (The "tares" are taken out by angels BEFORE Jesus' 2nd return for the church. Luke 17:37 is different from 1Thess 4:16). Ask the pre-trib rapture ministers this: If the rapture of the church happens as they claim, When do the angels separate the wheat & tares, as Jesus said in Matt 13:30❓

Anna, actually Pastor Hamrick has it right. Luke 17 is specifically speaking of the Rapture as you mentioned. But it is not speaking of the 2nd coming. Two different events. Without going into too much detail, this scripture is referencing one being taken and the other not(Rapture). But in the 2nd coming, Jesus comes down to earth, so it must be two different events. There are many other scriptures that support this but I will just give one reason for now. I'm not at all trying to be argumentative, just helping people understand scripture and rightly dividing it. Not b'cauze you clump large swaths of verses on a point does not mean you know or have the right interpretation. That's why there're isms and innumerable denominations and sects in Christendom. They're doctrinally incompatible.

This is true for most of scripture, however, in this case remember the Anti-Christ is trying to duplicate Jesus, hence why coming on a White horse is the Anti-Christ's way of mocking or trying to duplicate the Lord's 2nd coming.
