without coop, will be a lesser genshin impact game, with mana reskin. and the only thing that people asks a lot to mihoyo is a decent coop

Same with the 3D, my first Mana game was Dawn of Mana for PS2, which may not have been everyone's favorite but it was a very modern and pretty 3D game for that era.

not even just the last 3, the mana series has always been action, even the gameboy/snes originals were, this game looks like mostly just more of the previous few games, and honestly I'm ok with that, I'm always down for more, just not sure why the video goes on about everything this all being new.

Every Japanese game series that was turned based is also touting "Now with action combat!". They think that's what we need, but just look at BG3. I'd have been more interested with a deep turn based system. That would actually be different.

Ya, and from this video it seems that one thing they learned from the remake was how fun it was switching between party members. They all felt just different enough that combat never got boring.

I'm playing Granblue right now and it is so much fun! Even though the lock-on in combat can be pretty ditzy at times when fighting hordes of enemies it's still fun.

For the same reason every real-time battle system has problems with teams- partner AI is hard, and if you get it right it can feel like the game is playing itself.

FF7 Rebirth did not throw the party system out the window and Rebirth got higher score than FF16 from critics.

​@@WhiteFangofWarjust make the party like FF12, they let you to code the AI, like, we can completely left them on auto or specify set the order by "if this, do this".. That's genius for a game that made decades ago..
