I want to see more footage, but what I'm seeing now it's something I've never seen before in a cameraphone. Not even the iPhone is capable of such smooth panning or shifting among the cameras/zoom. I would say I'm sold.... but I need more reviews for confirmation.

i have x90 pro+ and had s23 ultra, x90 pro+ is already 2 gen ahead of samsung, even on zoom where you can zoom at any range and in low light too unlike samsung that looks like crap between optical ranges

When you're shooting a video, can you switch from main camera to front camera without cutting the video?

Battery life is really good, full day usage still have 30-40%

You do take a hit on few things though, like inferior finger print reader, dimensity 9300 seems to be throttling a lot unlike sg8g2 ,fewer bands etc. Camera wise it's not that much of an upgrade and who knows, maybe x90pp gets smooth transition between lenses as it will get origin os4/android 14.

​@@HayashiShirouThat makes you wonder how hot the gen 3 is. There was an article that said that the 9300 throttled a bit on this phone under synthetic tests. I'm really hoping neither is a repeat of the 8 gen 1.

are you a vlogger or why do you care? i have x90 pro+ and had s23 ultra, the selfie camera is much better on vivo, it has a wider field of view and better low light performance which makes the face unlock working much better than samsung too, samsung's selfie cam is so narrow is useless at 4k

@@adyady3099 I'm not a vlogger and I do care. In my personal preference, The Vivo X90 Pro+ outperforms the S23 Ultra in the main cam both in daytime and night time shots. The ultrawide cam was a kind of a draw between the two. The S23 won in zoom, but Vivo is not far behind. Portraits, it's a draw. Both phones take stunning portrait shots. Vivo X90 Pro+ Zeiss Color tuning and background blur effects are great. The selfie cam for me, the S23 Ultra takes the win. Video recording from the main cam, draws in 4k recording but S23 Ultra takes the win in 8k recording. Ultrawide camera, the S23 Ultra output slightly better video. And periscope telephoto video recording, Vivo X90 Pro+ 3.5x zoom cam takes the win, but it only 90 mm. The digital zoomed 10x video is decent but it didn't match the quality of the S23 Ultra. The selfie cam video on the S23 Ultra is better in my opinion. Yes, it has a narrow fov I would prefer the 3x telephoto cam of the S23 Ultra instead of the 2x zoom cam of the Vivo. I also like the 3.5x, 90mm periscope telephoto the sensor size is bigger and takes great photos especially portraits. The face unlock is not that secure compared to a fingerprint, unless it is like an iPhone or Huawei 3D face scanning. Both phones have Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor which is the best.
