There is a short video clip on you tube from a few years ago that shows Dimash working with his voice coach on the technique he used in the last note.

Notice at the beginning when Dimash is getting ready to sing you hear the heartbeat slowing down before stopping then Dimash sings its like the passing of life to be greeted by the angels. To me this is the closest you will get to heaven without going there. Even though this isn't the Catholic Prayer version it still gets the message across beautifully

Hi, John! It's always good to see you react to Dimash. Did you know he's been living and working in your city since the first of February? He'll likely be there for a long while. He's recording and writing with Walter Afanasieff. Stevie Mackey and David Foster are involved too. If you see a thin, 6'3", vaguely Eurasian-looking guy out and about, wearing a ball cap (always) and sunglasses (always), say hi to Dimash.

After over 3000 performances of this song, Igor and Dimash transformed it to a song that conveys beauty, and compliments the range Dimash has... makes it so very unique and different. Even though Dimash has been taking vocal lessons since the age of five, he worked with a vocal coach so he would/could do the very end of the song, those two last notes, perfectly. It's a very difficult technique.

If I'm not mistaken, this “Ave Maria” by composer and conductor Igor Krutoy is a work in vocalize format, completely unpublished, although it seems to be a variation of the initial theme (not the introduction but the singing part) of the melody by Schubert adapted to Dimash's voice in order to explore just as three initial notes and changing the fourth note to a higher note (From B4, A4 D#4 C#4 and B4 to G#4, G4, G4, D#5): Like a leap from "dark to light" which is the same contrast as Dimash's outfit (from dark to light)! It also seems to refer to the Russian V. Vavilov's version of "Ave Maria" (wrongly credited to Caccine) and work by JS Bach - Prelude No. 1 in C major, BWV 846, with arrangements by Gounod, which Maetro Igor Krutoy has a predilection for!
