It’s interesting only few Khmer Rouge people got some education, but got controlled by others. They didn’t just fought with government soldiers, but they killed high education people who got license to run business and many innocent people who didn’t side in both party. He educated well but didn’t learn how to write an article, he just followed someone teach him. He should make his own decision what to do not whate peoplle taught him. Some s Khmer Rouge and government soldiers, still live together and continue fighting each othe.

@mlovmo

Change? What change? He's proud to have served Pol Pot. What else do we need to know about this guy? He stood by while watching others around him get killed and he helped the killers. Sure, nobody is perfect. I'll use that as my excuse when I sit back and watch people slaughter your family... How 'bout them apples? It's like saying, "Yeah, you know, nothing really matters anyway, so if my leaders target people falsely, accusing them of being spies and then kill them, well, maybe I can survive and benefit from this regime." This is the logic of Marxists. This is the logic of thieves. This is the logic of scum.

only Vietnam helped Campuchia. Vietnam supported Cabodia with army, food, expert. Thousands of Vietnam people died for Cambodia.At that time where was UN? where was France, where was England? where was Asia, Asean?nowaday, Cambodia young people say Vietnam invaded Cambodia in 1979. where is the justice for Vietnam?
@lilmane1070
@lilmane1070 2 роки тому
That’s what I always tell people. Vietnam spent 10 years liberating their people from the French imperialists, helping Laos and Cambodia liberate *their* people from the French imperialists, then spent TWENTY more years liberating their people AGAIN by fighting the American imperialists, then reunified their country, then liberated Cambodia from their own little Hitler after Cambodia killed thousands of innocent Vietnamese villagers, and how did the world thank them? More vicious attacks on the world stage, more criticism by the world powers, and an invasion by China, then fighting China and the Khmer Rouge until the 1990s. And this is how we the world thanked Vietnam. It makes me SO angry. I am neither Vietnamese nor do I believe in God, but God bless Vietnam, one of the most unappreciated countries in modern history. And God bless Ho Chi Minh who is certainly in heaven right now. I just wish he lived to see 1975. But I think deep down he always knew you guys would succeed. Since the world never thanks you, I personally, as an Iranian-American, thank Vietnam today for all the good it has done for the oppressed people in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, and all the inspiration to oppressed people and liberation movements around the world.

Why is it missing all sound and all video except the subtitles from 45:56 to 52:24? Totally kills it. That and him lauding Ol Pol. I often wonder about the Jungian thing, the whole duality of man when I think of Pol Pot, and the guy this man describes as Pol Pot.

I love Vietnam and wish it continued success until the end of history. The Vietnamese people are never thanked for all the good work they’ve done and lives they saved throughout Southeast Asia, just to get village massacres, chemical weapons attacks, massive bombings, and invasions and illegal wars from France, the US, and China as a token of appreciation.
