If we're looking at outcome-based measurements let's look at 9 out of 10 of the most impoverished states are governed by republicans. Mississippi, louisiana, West virginia, arkansas, kentucky, alabama, oklahoma, South carolina, and Texas. And these are also states that receive more government funds than they put in. With President Trump, it is raw as it gets. There's no script, no teleprompter to read.
