Yes! being able to send to the frame wirelessly via bluetooth or wifi is definitely a requirement for me. I would trade battery life and willingly charge it every few weeks for that feature. I'd stick it on my office cubical and wirelessly update messages on it (Out to Lunch, On Vacation, In Meeting, etc) with a color flair!

An ESP32 would probably be a better option. The RP2040 starts to feel a bit limited when paired with a screen of this size.

@@qdaniele97 the pimoroni guys also bolted additional memory to their InkyFrame for that reason - I came more from the perspective that WaveShare already uses a 2040 for this board, so "all" they'd need to do is add wifi (+ a tad more memory probably) and vastly better software support than they already do, and they'd have a massive hit on their hands.

it will be displayed under refreshing process, it is more suitable for the playback of static pictures.

For example I flashed rtc_15_minutes.uf2 (Mode 0), the 15min Timer works but it doesnt work with more than 100 Images I hope you will release more Models/Versions of the E-Paper Photo Frames in the Future, like a Wi-Fi Version (for easy file transfer) or a Frame with a bigger E-Paper Display.@@waveshareelectronics
