Basically companies are saying that Smile More is an expression and shouldn’t be trademarked and are trying to cancel his trademark so they can use it for their businesses, but Roman and his team / company are the ones who thought of it and made it popular so they think it should remain trademarked to them. Usually a phrase like that wouldn’t get trademarked but they made an exception for Roman because of his influencer status and making the phrase so popular that many people think of him when they hear it
