Divorce is difficult for adults to handle, can you imagine what a child goes through. It's ten times worse, this baby boy needs both mother and father to spend time with him together, both parents, so he can see it's not his fault and his mom and dad still love each other . 🙏🏾🙏🌏

This is exactly why I said that this is not the time for there to be cameras in front of these kids. They have a lot to work through and this is exploitation of their emotional turmoil. The boy is literally in tears regularly and it’s being captured on film for random strangers to view and pick over. This isn’t right. It’s scary to see how although Korea is heavily patriarchal, this father was unable to stand up for his own family. How could it be a mutual decision for him to get custody if his mother had to convince him that he could do it? Wouldn’t he be confident that he could do it?

Wow... now the mother in law is crying bc her son is divorced, but if you search some videos ago (2 year ago aprox) you could see how she criticized many things that Yulhee did with her soons and her husband NEVER said something for stopped his moms attitudes So yes, the mother in law definitly was a important rol in the divorce

I've never understood why people make such a big deal about parents divorcing. Everyone talks about the trauma the children of divorcees go through, but that's only when the adults involved cause that trauma. My parents seperated when I was 4, my Mum explained it to us as her just not loving our Dad anymore. I'm sure we didn't understand to begin with, but after a couple of years, I was fully settled with it. It's much better for parents to seperate before things become toxic and you're constantly fighting. People that stay together "for the kids" are causing so much more trauma for their kids than the parents who seperate before it gets that bad, because your kids see and hear everything, even if you think they're ignorant to the things going on. I will always be grateful that my Mum got out when I was that young, because I have no memories of my parents together, no good ones, but more importantly, no bad ones! These kids will be fine in the long run, it's hard now, but as long as the adults involved keep the peace and make sure the kids know they can have a good relationship with Dad and Mum, they'll get used to it all eventually.

I do not know what happened between these two…but it pains me to watch these kids go through this suffering. The father needs to step up and bring his family together and separate from his mother and family….

maybe what these parents need is just time apart..yuhlee said she wanted to work on herself and it mustve been hard when MW was in military service and she raising the kids practically alone ..i think they would have some bitterness in their hearts for eachother but parents can do well even apart and still be good parents which is what it seems like here...Dont forget ppl grow everyday so nvr judge someones change..ppl always commenting on old stuff just let it go..no one knows their situation more than them and i think the family is beautiful i love watching this show and fathers getting a chance to bond with their kids more and learn more which they often don't bc of careers. Overall this is a very fun show and the casting is always great... if any complaint they seem to paint the divorcee as to sad or aim at jerking the heartstrings..i hope they keep showing positive and good content like they do with the other dads

Voy a dar mi humilde opinion desde la lejania y en mi idioma, el español. Los niños deben estar protegidos, no ser expuestos en publico, como este niño y sus hermanas. Me duelen sus lagrimas, esto en Europa jamás sucederia, no lo puedo entender. Desconozco las leyes coreanas, pero se que es una sociedad pratiarcal, desconozco las causas del divorcio de esta pareja, he visto algunos programas, y lo siento por la suegra, pero deberia reflexionar, si su comportamiento hacia su nuera fue el mejor, rebatia las comidas de los niños, su tiempo de juegos, permitia y alentaba que el niño pudiera dormir con ella etc...Pero su hijo no la contradecia y la nuera no decia nada para no molestarla, pero sufria mucho. El primer error de esta pareja fue vivir con la madre de él, ella dejo su carrera y se dedico a cuidar de la casa y los niños, otro error, se puede trabajar y ser madre, todas lo hacemos, no es fácil, pero lo hacemos. Al final los niños son los que sufren un divorcio, y sus sentimientos y vida diaria expuestos al publico, una tristeza enorme por este niño, que se ve claramente que echa muchisimo de menos a su mamá.
