As a 10 year player with multiple accounts and a co-leader to two different clans I would find it nice to have a Leaders tab for the chat, so the leaders can discuss strategy, booting, promotions and general executive decisions separate from everyone else in the clan. It could be an extra tab added to your chat if you get promoted to a co-leader.

A monthly 10 min video on what the clash team is working on or even 3 monthly video would be such an amazing step for clash and its longevity as a game. makes us feel like our concerns are heard and that our opinions are valued

I am 72 (young at heart) and have been playing the game for about 11 years, created 2 clans that are still going, and have 8 villages with my top one being only TH13. I have maxed out all of them at their current TH levels and stopped upgrading TH’s because I can never catch up. So it is good to hear that you have recognized this issue. Thanks for letting us know how your team looks at all the different issues. I play everyday and still enjoy the many different challenges.

A small suggestion: please do something about revenge system so that we can see the available one rather then tapping on each one out

Want to say this level of communication is amazing and very rare. As a former long time player who has recently come back to the game this is very very good

The social team of coc is absolutely amazing The way you guys interact with the community and opening up to them is one of the reason why this game is so good

A solution for the heroes' downtime problem: Sell a "hero potion" to wake them up for an hour. You gain a new revenue stream, we get to use the heroes in war, and if we want, we can still buy the books to attack in multiplayer or to progress faster.

I think the fact that Vesa mentioned that he and the team have many ideas for new and different hero equipment but aren't putting them out yet so that they can focus on fixing the ore economy instead shows how much they care about the health of the game.

I think a big part if the hero upgrade conundrum is that you get almost no discernable difference pre and post upgrade. We used to get ability upgrades every 5 levels so that was the goal to shoot for, but now with equipment the main reason to upgrade heroes is gone. The only part of upgrading left are the minor stat boosts which are completely overshadowed by the equipment stats. Over 10+ levels the difference starts to become apparent but level to level not enough changes to justify the immense resource and opportunity costs of hero upgrades. Perhaps shifting some of the stats back to the heroes themselves would help a bit, but may cause more pain as upgrading heroes would once again be a requirement.

I suggest for the hero usage while upgrading, as a 6 year active player, to make it so that hero’s regeneration timer is slowed tremendously while they are upgrading. This makes it so that people can still use them in wars but the people who normally spend money on books of heroes would still need to buy them because they can’t do that many attacks. I’m sure a large majority of players who buy those offers are active enough to still buy them.

At 24:35 the question about the Super Electric Dragon... Me, I would suggest an idea for a Frost Dragon in the game.I mean, in Clash of Clans, we have a Fire Dragon, a Electric Dragon, a Mechanical Dragon, a Baby Dragon and even a special edition of Water Dragon. Why not create a dragon that breath ice, instead of fire and with his breath he would frozen buildings after hit them sometimes with his breath?

Woops! I saw the whole thing. Also so so thank you again for adding the cosmetic feature of - the queen having her custom arrows from her skins even whilst having the frozen arrow equipment. The skins which don't have custom arrows get the old frozen arrow animation, which is perfect. I can't believe that when they said they read every single comment they actually meant it.... I loved Darian as the community manager but after this incident, Mr. Fernando has gained my respect and almost upto that level.... FR though I really was shocked when I saw this feature added after commenting on every single clash content creators video. I know it's tough times but you're doing a great work mr. Ferri.

My suggestion to change this upgrade in clash of clan 1. The dark elixir storage capacity is that it is too low for another dark elixir storage , 2. For every attack giving bonus like gold and elixir please also add ores for Heros upgrade, 3. Decreases the time of upgrade after Town hall 12 it takes more days to complete, 4. The magic item of Town hall brings the capacity of the book of building and heroes which one you give one time in magic item increase the capacity to two times

My suggestions, which are mostly quality of life: - Donation of super troops to cc shouldn’t cost gems - Pre sets for builder base armies - Time fails in both bb and regular attacks. It promotes spam attacks and deters kill squads and well planned attacks - More time than 30 sec to plan attacks - Filling cc for war count as donations - Xbows are too difficult to see if they are set to ground or air. Better indicator needed - Scenery for th16 - Flagged based during war more visible to teammates - Lower laboratory research times - In the suggested upgrades tab, add time of upgrade to drop menu - Drag & Drop units into the train tab to move from current army Thanks for listening

This video gives me a lot of faith in the dev and designer team, with people like the two of you at the helms (or as part of the team), I have a lot of faith that you will make the game better and better with each update, with how long-term and in touch with players yall are. It is heartbreaking that in this day and age, many other developers dissect the fun out of games, thinking solely about how to extract the most out of players financially. Next previous button on clan capital base 9. Profile customization with game-related icons (maybe a decoration hall in the profile) 10. On the "sleeping heroes" topic, i think you could have 2 options. 1. A considerably longer timer (maybe same as today's or slightly longer) but you can use your heroes or.... 2. Much shorter timer (25% or 30% less than 1.) But your heroes are asleep. Tackle 2 problems at once, people complaining its too long and people complaining you cant use them😊

Please shorten the upgrade days for buildings and heroes. I find that heroes need a booster potion to speed up the upgrading days.

If we are allowed to use heros while they upgrade this means people are going to be active on the game more often rather than checking back every 4-8 hours or so thus meaning they are more likely to want to spend money as clash goes from "oh ill check back in X amount of time to start a new upgrade" to "oh my army is ready in 20mins".

One more request to the clash team- can you all make a channel/ some Spotify playlist or something where all the clash scenery BGMs are uploaded, in high quality that is. 🥲 I just keep vibing to those scenery musics. My favourite is the dark ages scenery BGM. Who ever composed it, I award you with my judgement, this comment and blessings. That music is bangin! Please let me download all those musical masterpieces.

13:36 this point of view is why clash has been alive and thriving for so many years. They don’t try to make the game for one type of player. They genuinely try their best to blend the game play towards your casuals, the every day players, and the players that play all the time. And it’s wonderful to see them admitting faults and working to fix them. Opposed to games like Call of duty, *cough cough* skill based match making / overpowered busted guns.

If you want your player base to engage more into all aspects of the game then offer challenges or events in Builder Base and have the rewards be “Ore”. You want more clan mates to max out their “Clan Games” to 4000? Offer “Ore” as an extra reward. And thank you for the streak event. That was a great idea👍

In my opinion, for hero equipment we should be able to reset them, without a cost. Making them able to upgrade to a max instead of having to wait forever. Just an idea but thanks for the info Supercell 👍.

My issue with the game is the topic of balancing. Most balancing is due to trying to keep the competitive integrity of the game in tact. You want the overall casual player base to have fun, however you also want professional players/teams to have fun but also competitive tournaments and not just getting perfect wars left and right. While it’s fun to see a pro team scoring 14-15 stars in a global tournament you can’t really see the skill gap if those are the same troops that casual players are using. I feel they do a good job with this in clash Royale by having tournament standard levels/stats so that way tournaments stay competitive. If clash of clans could implement some kind of similar tournament standard system into their game for professional play, I think it would benefit both parties greatly.

I know that nobody will see it but i will say it: as a new (casual) th11 seeing that there is an event every month and a new th every year i see that it is almost impossible tobmax out eventually because there is so much new content! Now i don't say that content is a bad thing but i don't want to dedicate my life to CoC i play CR and BS too and i don't have a lot of time in my day to play... I know that i am the minority but it will be cool if the dev team will have an idea how to fix the issue... Over all i super love the dev team!! Good job at keeping the game in a good spot for over a decade!

You guys have by far the best communication with its players over any other developer in videos games (console and mobile). There's many very popular games I play where there is hardly any communication. It's one of the reasons I love playing COC. The developers care to create a fun game and an inviting player base.

One thing that needs to be changed is the clan war sign up it’s a great idea but set up TERRIBLY. there needs to a designated space for it. You can’t just put it in clan chat like how it’s set up because in an active clan it gets flushed out so so so quick. It needs to be pinned somewhere in the main chat not the pinned chat area so everyone can see the clan war sign up as soon as they open chat.

Honestly, I really enjoied to see this talk. I'd love to watch a series of "Insede the Builder's Hut" and I would absolutely twice a month, if you would upload that fast.I like the openness of you guys, talking about the game and showing us the side of the game, that might not be obvious from the players perspective. I also find it really cool, that the video is almost half an hour long, taht way you don't have to cramp information and can really explain your thoghts and issues on all the addressed topics. Keep on going, I love the results so far!

Honestly, Its really hard to find a "studio" or whatever that actually listens to the community. Sure, sometimes people will say that they care,and then not do anything about it, but its nice to see people going out of their way to support community ideas and complaints.

I've a serious suggestion for using heroes while upgrading. Don't allow for multi-player battles but just allow them to be able to use in wars. You can skip clan war league where a player stops upgrading for that duration. This will allow people to participate in wars for ores while there heroes are upgrading.

Maintenence break brought me here...

1) Training potion need a buff guys 2) sceneries for gems, be it new or existing (make some obtainable via gems) 3) I like the events but make them less frequent and reward filled (the usual grind) 4) Matchmaking needs adjustment in all fronts, TH lvl vs TH lvl no plus no minus especially in CWL and Builder base since we can skip in Regular Home village. 5) The walls are way too expensive granted there not much importance to them anymore.

Honestly i think its nice that ores are difficult to get. Gives you sth to work for and it feels more special to achieve max level after a long time

Guys you should introduce dual lab upgrade options with increased resource upgrade options and increased time as the 2nd lab upgrade. And also make builder spell upgrade times to 24 times from 10 times currently
