@@satorii_2060 that's definitely not true. Drifting entirely depends on how much use it's seeing, as it is usually wear that causes it. Mine didn't start drifting until it was 2+ years old, when it started being used every day.

@@thelolfaceguy fantastic game I really enjoy animal crossing... but it’s a game that you’re either gonna love or you’re gonna hate (it’s not a game for everyone) Mario and Zelda (wether you like it or not) are Nintendo’s BIG ips and always sell like hotcakes You could argue that botw and odyssey aren’t either but botw was GOTY and, as far as “masterpieces” go, is arguably a “masterpiece”..... odyssey was fantastic in its own right and is easily one of the best (if not the best) 3D Mario game ever made (I use masterpiece loosely because EVERY game has flaws and there really is no true masterpiece game out there) The reason why ACNH, isn’t in that “masterpiece” category is because (this is my opinion and a LOT of die hard AC fans are going to murder me) it really didn’t change all that much AC has been the same game since GameCube and hasn’t made leaps in improvement like Zelda or Mario 😂🔫..... i mean if it ain’t broke don’t fix it but I feel like there is room for improvement

I don't know, I still believe that it's a rather small problem I got mine exactly a year ago, have played some couple hundred hours and everything still works perfect. No heat damage, no console bending, no drift - nothing.

@Luigi No it won't. All games need to be fully supported by the Switch Lite, and the normal Switch. The pro would do absolutely nothing other than add resolution or framerate. I'm not against a pro version. I'm just saying it wouldn't add additional lifetime to it.

You can send them in for a replacement or repair although-fair warning- I think there's a big delay because they have so many orders to process right now. I never bothered to send mine in, but they do provide that as an option... Although you might want to buy another Joy Con in the mean time... It might take a while

@Square Animations I agree it is to rake in more revenue and being a commercial brand, I can't fault them for targeting the holiday season. But then again, Christmas is arguably the time when most people will be buying a Switch or thinking of getting one in the first place. To be honest I was kinda disappointed myself with the Switch successor rumours because I only got mine in March and I want Nintendo to be supporting it in the future.
