Best night match I've ever been to at Molineux and I've been going since 1977, the atmosphere that night was like nothing I've ever experienced, electrifying it was indeed.

one of the most special moments in the history of wolves and in my life time as a fan having never watched them in the fa cup final, I do hope that some day that we once again reach the fa cup final

I loved this at the time but cannot watch it now without thinking how we blew that semi against Watford. Unnecessary subs, a one in a million goal, panic stations, defeat. That was the very beginning of the end for Nuno and a shadow of what was to come as the players went into their shells far too often, culminating in that listless defeat to Sevilla. I felt as if we really should have won something under Nuno and somehow underachieved because that team he assembled is as good as anything I have seen in 50 years.
