The Solar System contains millions of objects - from tiny meteoroids to majestic gas giants. The largest planets in the system are accompanied by dozens of satellites, with Saturn in the lead in terms of their number. A big number of celestial bodies of all sorts of chemical composition and size are constantly looping around it following bizarre trajectories and interacting with each other. Some of them form giant rings, which is truly a spectacular sight. However, this wasn’t always the case...

When I was a kid, I had reoccurring dreams of flying through space. It took a long time to get to Saturn. I remember one time I saw what looked to be a old frozen space craft floating in the rings. I don't expect anyone to find it, but that would be cool to explore the rings to find something like that, or some old alien space junk.

@paulforester6996 Рік тому
@@logicplague2077 I'll do that if I find myself lucid dreaming in space again. In my dreams, space is real empty, so you have to travel a huge amount of space to get anywhere. It was real hard to get out that far in my dreams. I wasn't always successful at it. Thanks for the input.

We best hurry. I believe they have given the rings a lifespan of only 200,000 years or so. Constantly raining down onto the planet, some collecting into moons. Could you even imagine Saturn with no rings?!

It is interesting how such large moons like Titans or the Galilei moons could be easily rocky planets around the Sun if they wouldn't be so unfortunate to be captured by the gravity of the gas giants. And we will never know how many rogue planets we had in our solar system.

Man the crazy stuff that has been going on all around and and even before we existed is crazy to think about. Our brains would probably explode trying to comprehend some of the stuff that happened in space around us and the natural elements that we do not know about on other planets that could change our whole world overnight. Where ever the hell we are in space or in space inside of something else is crazy to think about.
