This is another game made by Punkcake. It's sudoku but with 4x4 squares instead of 3x3, and there are some rules based on the binary decompositions of the hexadecimal digits. In addition to the normal sudoku rules, 1, 2, 4, and 8 have to be in different rows and columns within each box, and any other number (except 0) has to have a member of its binary decomposition in its row and column (for example, 7=1+2+4, so 1, 2, or 4 must be in the same row as 7, and one of them has to be in the same column).
