The Autorack as the name implies transports vehicles. Before it arrives at a dealership your family car began its life in Detroit and had to be shipped to Roper Yard in Salt Lake in an autorack. Before autoracks were invented they shipped them in boxcars and old aviation cans that changed in 1964 when TTX came out with the autorack and today every vehicle begins its journey from the port, Lexington, or from Detroit in one of these.
