An AI (I personally call that concept artificial stupidity, AS) doesn't exist and will never exist, because it can't know (what? you don't know why it can't? are you even human or more like an insect?) that it doesn't know anything.

Reinforcement learning is kind of a mixture of both and at the same time, it's not. Unlike the other two ways of teaching a model, you have an agent, an environment and a goal. You don't tell the agent what to do but you supervise it's actions to make sure it goes the right way (punish/reward system) That's why it's regarded as a third type of learning.

All AI that we have so far are weak AI, in the sense that they solve narrow problems. Strong AI, in contrast, behaves more like the human brain, having the ability to solve many kinds of problems. The video is a very short summary of all we know of AI. We have only had success applying it to narrow problems - hence weak AI. There are no special techniques for strong AI (yet).

Hi Rahul - Great that you have a positive attitude about it. The short answer is yes. Here are some things to consider. Within AI, perhaps focus on one area - like machine learning. Some people just use machine learning without understanding how the algorithm works. That's ok, but if you really want to understand how ML works, you need (1) interested in math, especially linear algebra, and, (2) like to play with data. After that, you can step into deep learning, and if you want to understand that, you will have to learn a little bit about differential equations - but that's not too difficult either if you get the basics. Get familiar with a programming language such as Python. (this is among the best languages for ML/AI currently). So the bottom line is -> interest in linear algebra + interest in data + Python + analytical problem-solving skills. If I missed anything out, perhaps others can chime in. Good luck.
