Dear ASUS team, please solve my problem. My computer is ROG STRIX G17. I don't have Windows. I don't know how I want you to give me a file with Windows in order to work. My computer is waiting for you.

Hello, Yesterday I reset my laptop using Asus cloud recovery, however all my personal data and installed apps are deleted. Now my question is do I have to manually download the Windows drivers that were in my laptop before resetting or did they come automatically during cloud recovery?

i have brought the new laptop and its over one month i tapped on system diagnosis and its stuck at 0% and battery too stuck at 0 % can you reply (asus tuf a15 ryzen 7 rtx 4050)
