I bought a cover for a neck pillow and stuffed that with my down jacket. I will have two uses for my May trip to Alaska. When I went to the caribbean I stuffedit with my swim suits and cover ups and a Sweater.

Thank you so much for the information given to us for our first Alaskan trip also I hope that I can remember all of this and where are trap we will be going to Juneau and that area in Alaska and we are going to Seattle Washington and I don't know nothing about Seattle or the motels that will be close to the port because we will be on the Norwegian encore don't know nothing about the shuttle that we have to take to go to the Norwegian encore or what is the best place to stay that's close to the port also on your page so thank you again for the hard work that you're doing

I been adding videos about my trip so I hope you have had a chance to watch those videos as well. Where did you buy the hat holder thing that clips on your hat? I too need to wear hats and this will be perfect-especially out on the deck in Glacier Bay. I almost lost my hat last time

I got them on Amazon it was a pack of two. I was able to use one for my hat and one for my sunglasses. For the cruise I didn’t really need the sunglasses one but I used that when I went to Disney so I could still wear hat and sunglasses on the roller coasters

Thank you. That will be helpful. We are going on the Grand Princess at end of August doing land and sea. Land first. Can’t wait we have done two cruises out of SF on the Grand and Ruby…very enjoyable. Any tips you can give about the land tour?

were you able to watch the rest of the cruise videos? I do talk a little about our land portion. one of my tips is to do land first so you are already doing good. how many days are you doing? I was only on land for 3 days so having more time would have been better. I wouldn't pay for excursion at Denali lodge because there is enough free things there. McKinley Lodge you really want to hope for good view of the mountain so if its a nice day look at the mountain from the viewing areas.
