From Canada, i find it somwhat disgustting that there are so many LEGAL reasons to discriminate. And that proving discrimination, is next to immpossible. If this is the true face of America, I will discriminate against bying American products, as much as possible.

Can someone please help us consumers shopping for a car. Why is it not a form of discrimination for dealerships to markup or discount prices. This leaves so much room open to discriminate. If they don’t want to sell a car to you, mark it up $20k. If she’s pretty and you want her to comeback, make her feel you’re giving her a good deal. Oh there’s that retirement couple, mid life crisis, let’s mark it up. How is this not the same as the cases won against insurance companies and gym memberships who had vast differences in pricing? Oh look at that fat person, we don’t want to clean up after them, let’s charge them twice as much. What’s the difference from that and dealerships?

Do the math. I would think that if you’re the only person that doesn’t get hired and you have a particular disability. But everyone else who doesn’t have that disability gets hired. But there is just so much to proving things that there are no lawyers wanting to take cases for the little people.

But shouldn't it be against the law for a political campaign to lie ? Shouldn't it be against the law for the President of the U.S. to lie ? I believe it should. And i am SO GRATEFUL, that in this instance anyhow, at least the tech companies were acting from true integrity !!!
