You hit the nail on the head, especially with the ladies flapping their arms around the way they were told to. Makes me wonder what the choreographers were thinking. Don't get me wrong, each of those ladies is talented and pulled it off without a hitch, but I just couldn't help but laugh at how it all looks.

You can say whatever you want of these scene but this is one of the most entertaining sequences of the movie and the Whatta Man/Seven Nation Army a really good and catchy mash up. I said this in another video and I would say again: this scene has Moulin Rouge writing all over it.

Nicholas Galatzine's talent is really extraordinary. He's an amazing multi-dimensional actor - one of those who are able to act with their eyes, not just by delivering lines well. It's like he lives the role he plays, whatever it is. I enjoyed him and Taylor Zakhar Perez in "Red, White and Royal Blue"-such chemistry. He's a good equestrian-his horseback riding skills in this film was surprising-and his voice. I listened to his latest release "Comfort" and really liked it, especially the lyrics, but it would be great if he also did more songs like "Seven Nation Army". Now THAT came as a complete surprise. I look forward to seeing him in future projects. I'm sure the offers are pouring in.

I just don’t understand why the dresses of most of the girls here are so much more prettier than anything Ella wore or made😭 Also love Nick’s voice. Just recently watched this after rwrb cause I used to ignore this but it’s actually not that bad & Prince Robert is so iconic. But yeah, they could have given Camilla the most beautiful dresses instead of making it look like the extras have better fashion sense than her.

It was actually the director who asked Nichy to sing the beginning of the karaoke badly... I have listened to several Nicholas covers and there is no one better than him either at singing or dancing and above all at acting :l' alchemy that he manages to create every time It is absolutely UNREPEATABLE and I have been watching films for many years: but, Nicholas Galitzine It is at an unattainable level!!!!

music aside. i've rewatched this like 4 times for the choreo. major props to the choreographers and the incredible ensemble dancers for this piece. the movements perfectly remind me of the mating dances of birds of paradise and peacocks. the jerkiness but also fluidity at the same time is So Perfectly bird coded

I loved this movie from start to finish. We all know the story, so why not a fresh and fun take on it? The dresses were so unique and iconic to the representation from each of the gorgeous girls, the choreography was on point (en pointe) and looked like it was hella fun for the cast, plus we got a few laughs. SAME I ADORE THIS MOVIE and I was so surprised and sad to the sheer amount of hate it got but at least we can all agree this scene is absolutely incredible.

What a shame, none of you seemed to like this movie. We all loved it, our kids included. The whole movie was so well done and all of the actors/actresses were brilliant! Everybody is so talented and Cinderella’s dress was literally breathtaking!

This and the “Dream Girl” sequence were the 2 stars out of the 5 that this movie just wasn’t. It gave me Moulin Rouge vibes and all of these beautiful women were stunning and unique. (Looking at the bald woman in tue black ballgown) they could’ve been a bit more creative with the shots but besides that I think it’s great! The “Dream Girl” sequence had an original song(?) that I think stood out and felt out of place, in a good way though. Honestly, every other song felt out of place in a bad way and I think this movie suffers from what I believe to be studio interference, which I believe is the problem with the costuming in this. Amd why Cinderella’s dress looks so tacky, to put it simply. The (civilian) extras look very scattered in how everyone looks like a different time period and it’s pretty jarring. But yeah, 2/5 or 3/10. The few points were from this and the “Dream Girl” Sequence and that’s it.
