Neymar and Hazard are both among the top 5 dribblers of all time. And the stats prove it. R9 and Ronaldinho were great ball handlers but their dribbles/game averages were poor compared to Neymar and Hazard. Maradona is the only player whose numbers are better than Neymar and Hazard. It's amazing that we have been lucky enough to see 3 of the best dribblers of all time play in the same era. IMO, Top dribblers of all time. 1) Messi 2) Maradona 3) Neymar 4) Hazard 5) Best
