To help the elderly money has been collected during a charity event «When The Dreams Come True». This grandiose, socially significant and just wonderful event, which is supported by Kharkiv First Capital Rotary Club, has occurred in Kharkiv. Participants of waltz holiday of this year, as well as other calm and passionate dances, collected money to repair the club premises continued active longevity "Second Youth". The club has become almost a family for about fifty elderly single people. Rotarians of The Kharkiv First Capital club support this annual event because they believe such a holiday should be accessible to young people, regardless of whether they want to see the concert program and master classes only or want to participate in the waltzes, charity lotteries, auctions and the Feast King and Queen choice.
