My Wedding Stories is straight up Base Game Material. They should gave done all the gameplay and clothing in Base and have the world be an add-on Kit. 😅

They nail the occult packs.. probably some of the best dlc I think cuz it gives you a lot more to do, the build/buy is good and theres more depth to your sims. The spellcasters are the best, I use them in every household and make a lot of goth witches. The ability to teleport around fastly without relying on cheats when the game and sims are so slow and broken all the time is such a life saver 🙏💯

Strangerville actually contains some of my favorite cas and build stuff. Along with the werewolves pack (I could care less about the occult though) I am a sucker for the weird stuff in the sims it reminds me of the sims 2 in a way.

Also, the dream home decorated pack is sadly also very broken, at least for me. The jobs fail 60% of the time, making me unable to end the event and not getting paid, some sims still have the check mark above their head after many many hours in game :/

If they made the Batuu expansion pack size instead of game pack, giving us ability to live in the world, build there, experience the Star Wars universe, hang out with some neighborhood specific townies, follow a droid-engineer career or become a some-local-crazy-plant farmer that would be so cool. The Batuu world is beautiful, just add some buildable lots. I'd so buy it. This way it would not only be the Sims pack, the add for the park but also a cool extension of the park itself that could be sold under "Experience living in the Batuu world in the Sims4" slogan. Such a wasted opportunity. :(

EA is running a promotion sith Epic Games until the end of next week I think?? Jungle adventure, and a couple stuff packs and kits are bundled together and free. Pretty good opportunity to snatch them up

If I had to describe Realm of Magic's CAS, I'd say it's mostly somewhere between weird BDSM club gear and grungy stuff. There are a few actually well themed clothes here and there, but it can be hard to notice alongside the weird stuff. I don't mind RoM's build/buy stuff actually. It can be pretty and appropriately whimsical for a magic pack. The world the pack includes is lacking in that it just has a cute little neighborhood and a special, slightly hidden secret lot in the actual Realm of Magic... which has some places to visit alongside the magic school itself, but not a lot going on in those places outside of: - Some merchants who seem to be pretending to be ghosts since I'm pretty sure I've seen them alive and well outside of the Realm of Magic... and they sell unique RoM items, other stuff, and refresh their inventories daily, plus you can collect the RoM store items like the basegame collections. - A magical dueling ground that's completely optional since you don't need to go there to have a magic duel. - A supposed garden and greenhouse. There may be some wild plants growing outside of the unusable greenhouse and some frogs you can catch every now and then, but that's all it offers sadly.

I bought my wedding stories despite knowing it was broken and I still am pissed at myself for doing it. I have tried to do 2 weddings with it and both of them my sims never managed to get married. I now just have it for the cas really and fake the weddings myself and use it for pictures and stuff but I don't use it at all but yeah the world is beautiful. I'm an occult player really, I try to play normal gameplay from time to time but I end up making an occult somehow each time so I just play with them now in every play through, I'm so glad they are all done so well, I love playing with all of them really, the were wolves pack is the last pack I've really really enjoyed

I’m a huge Star Wars fan and when people were speculating that was the new pack I didn’t want to believe it bc you’re 100% right what does that have to do with sims

I was playing sims 4 on console for a long time because I couldn’t afford a pc but I finally got a pc and starting up the sims 4 base game it was just not fun at all and I wasn’t about to spend all this money to get the dlc I use. I never get the packs unless there on sale. I went back and downloaded sims 3 just base game and it’s fun with just the base game. I know a lot of people don’t like the look of sims 3 sims but like a little cc makes them look way better and obviously computers now are way more capable of running the sims 3 then they were when ts3 came out I have all my settings on high and I haven’t had any issues with lag or anything

I guess you could make your own werewolf pack by using the Get Together club system.

I think that game packs are just not well defined because occults packs are amazing but other packs like spa day is really just an expanded stuff pack

If u use cd keys u can get expansion packs for like £10!

isn't tiny living a game pack? Damn they have so many categories. At this point, the only thing that seems clearly defined are kits.. And I'm so over those. I'd never buy any more of them, but they're always in builds and other people's save files, and I hate figguring out how important it is to have them when I put things in my game.

I gotta ask What is broken about the base game weddings? I mean, my sims had the usual issues that happen anywhere (not doing queued up actions, gliding through objects etc) what am i missing? Am i just one lucky marfk for missing it? Obvs i have stuck with base weddings cos my wedding stories looks utterly traumatising

Dine Out REQUIRES the mod. It's absolutely insane that EA hasn't fixed it themselves.... They shouldn't even be selling the pack without the update imo.

If you change the main building of the realm of magic, the best pack is the realm of magic without any doubt. 10/10

Batuu is a good pack. It's debug objects are the most detail than other game pack, it has the widest arch in the game. The reason it is a bad pack because NO ONE ASKED FOR star wars pack

I feel like I’m one of the few people that hasn’t had any issues with Dine Out🥲 At least from the standpoint of being a customer, I haven’t tried owning a restaurant
