From the bottom of my heart I am crying. Stampy is a child hood memory of mine. Dantdm goes up there aswell. Matpat is also going to never leave. I will miss him more than anything.

My heart sank when i saw that DanTDM one, i was geniuenly concerned about my childhood creator. Atleast he will stay for a few more years.

I knew this was going to happen. I was worried what youtubers like Pewdiepie would do in 15 years and this is the best thing to happen.

They may be retiring, our childhood may be over, but just remember, we are the group of children that had the best childhood , the age of minecraft

It is so sad to see my childhood slip away from my fingertips. But I do believe that all of this is happening for a reason. I think that it is time for a new generation of legendary UKpostsrs to enter the platform. But that doesn’t mean that I’m not still sad about it. The greats of youtube, the pillars of content creation are crumbling away faster than ever, leaving the jumbled mess laying atop the platform to fall down and become the main source of entertainment.

it’s the fact that All… of those UKpostsrs, I watched as a kid. And so I feel like the unluckiest guy in the world. But then also the luckiest. To think I got to enjoy them while they were still making this awesome content, and not after. Like a piece of history just reading a book. I got to actually live it, and that felt great.

Sometimes, it's better to just let things die when their time comes. It's sad, but all things HAVE to end. If they go beyond their time, if they continue struggling to keep going just for the sake of it, eventually things just won't be right anymore. Watching something you care for become unrecognizable over time is a far worse pain than losing it could ever be.

They will be missed, they paved the way for future content creators

From start to finish ive watched all of this UKpostsrs, its sad to know that i won't be seeing them again,its also sad to know that im becoming older as time goes by, but hey it's probably because i thought that they won't retire even when im older.....so that i could sleep better at night i guess i should thank them, thank you Dan, thank you Matpat , thank you Tom thank you stampy and thanks to all the UKpostsrs that are quiting, for a childhood that was fun and memorable...i will miss the times when i laugh at there videos

It’s so weird it’s been a decade since I’ve watched these guys but hearing their voices and saying goodbye.. it’s like only moments went by when I watched these with my brother on my iPad.

let them go and thrive. the old legends will never be forgotten let them remain in are hearts. but now a new a generation is here lets make sure that this era is not forgotten.

I’m 14 and ACTUALLY grew up with some of these UKposts Channels. I was born when some of these channels were, I ACTUALLY had my early childhood at this PEAKING era of UKposts, and seeing all of these guys slowly leaving or abandoning their channels like PopularMMOS, Stampylonghead, Game Theory… I’m not crying because I’m sad, I’m crying because I’m thankful. Thankful I was born at the time of these influential greats.

UKposts has become a place where wealth and fame is all that matters, theres no more fun anymore, you won't get anywhere trying to have fun with it. If things had been different it may not of been entirely clear we were growing up as everything likely could of remained the same. However, to everyone retiring, they deserve it, they really earned it. It sucks we've been forced to basically realize we've grown up, but at the same time, we needed it. They still are around, to some degree, either here or elsewhere. Its not over entirely, and we shouldn't cry because its over, we should be happy and smile that it happened, and cherish those amazing memories and nostalgia for the rest of our lives, and being able to go back and reminisce. To all those retiring, thank you, you earned it man.

January has being a rough month for me with the loss of my grandmother and also the farewell of many of my favourite youtubers.

Out of all these MatPat was the only one I watched or even knew the name of, but I can clearly see in this edit how much they meant you and others... This is really a sad era for youtube. And no I'm not gonna say some stupid sh*t like "don't be sad that it's over, be happy it happened". Who are you to tell me I can't be sad when something I enjoy is over? The shows I liked, games I liked, youtubers I liked.... I know it's over for good, but I would do lots of things to run it back from the start and experience it all over again.

This made me cry. I'm only 13 too. And i remember coming from kindergarten to grade three, watching the same DanTDM mod review. Almost every day. Watching the videos. Just enjoying it. Thats why "you guys aren't kids anymore" hit me hard. Even if i am still a kid.

But what’s worse is that I will feel this feeling and perpetuity because I always meet new people, that I will also have to say goodbye to eventually. Until I’m the only one at my school reunion reminiscing on all the inside jokes I’ll never share with anyone again.
