I think Jon is right in his assessment, he got it right the first time. He found a woman of values, generous, supporting, independent… he found gold and was smart enough not to screw up with all the spotlight, because he was the Harry Styles of that generation and it would have been so easy to do. I think rock life is a mirage, where everyone keeps telling you how amazing you are and that you can get whatever you want, until you loose touch with reality. Having Dorothea and his children kept Jon sane and rooted. I always loved that Dorothea wanted to stay out of the spotlight until it came the moment that she had to be in it in order to help others. She’s a great woman and I’m happy for them both (although I was one of those broken hearted fans when he got married 😂, if not me, I’m so glad it’s her)

This is an excellent relationship and shows what's important in life and true love. What a difference they have made to help people. I have always been a fan of Bon Jovi...my only regret is I never got to meet him. Now at 74 and handicapped I still would love to meet him.

I love this! I was Fortunate enough to have that kind of marriage as well. I lost my husband to Covid in 2020. Just two months before our 40th wedding anniversary. You guys are rarity in this world. Hold on to one another.

She is a special lady that compliments him. They both have the same values He was smart to marry his true love. That loved him before he was a Rock Star. What a beautiful family, I have so much respect for them. They dont claim to be perfect, and they dont shy away from their faults, they face them together as a family. My respect for that is almost as great as my respect for him as a performer and his talent. This is a band, and a legend that kids can aspire to and look up to and there is not a lot of that going on any more. Many more years of love and happiness to them all, both the family and the band.

My parents are in their 60’s & have been together since they were in school. Couples who lasts this long are inspirations to us all proving love can be found at any age. My parents were 13 & 14 when they met ❤❤

Back in the day, when Bon Jovi was in the spotlight per say, the only music I heard was Alice n Chains, Mother Love Bone, all Grunge~ Rock which ruled the 90’s, it still rings in my head!!!! 🎶🤘🏻🙌🏻☠️💋
