Read an article from ringer that he constantly training his lower extremities with wierd exercises and strecthes to lessen the stress due to his playing style. He stretches his lower extremities regularly when he plays and this can prevent injury. Can you si his calves and hamstring it's like a rock

Amazing video. I have always yhought of PnR as a way to give the ball handler several passing options... although SGA of course does this sometimes with e.g. Chet, SGA seems to use the PnR as a way to get into isolation! Offensive tactics have improved so much

His 3 pt line jab step and mid dribble acceleration show he's a very deceptive player in an athletic, explosive, and flexible body. That's a deadly combination and makes for a unique superstar.

The dude is just simply unstoppable. People complain about his free throws but he gets fouled A LOT! Honestly if you watched him night in and night out you’d think he should average about 15 ft a game. They can’t stop him and end up fouling him.

I don't know if i'm just tiered but when Ben said "he loves this move (step back three) so much that he'll do it when he's wide open", i couldn't stop laughing and just kept replaying that part at 6:15

I’m really curious if you timed the difference between the step back and the shot (for mid range not 3s) between Luka and SGA, what the comparison would be. SGA creates so much space that I see him pause a lot before actually shooting. Maybe it’s balance or maybe it’s just reading the game, I’m not saying Luka is better at it but I actually predict that their shot prob goes up around the same time after they initiate the cross.

Hes the best iso hooper in the league. He could easily be averaging better stats than Luka if he wanted to play that heliocentric style but he knows if he wants to win, he needs his teammates to eat too

so basically what this video is aying is the reason sga is great in iso is because he has floor spacers and the floor is properly spaced out for him to iso. the worst 3 point shooter for okc is giddey so i guess the ability to have floor spacers and guys who spread the floor helps sga to attack a driving line. also the ability for them to set screens for shooters and chet openeing the lane for sga by setting a screen.
