That feeling could very well be anxiety. Anxiety does that bro. Ive felt the exact same way and I got medical work done, ECG, XRay but all results came back normal so I got diagnosed with Anxiety.

I haven’t been here in a while. Cora is so big! Also my dad has heart issues with a big scare when we were at Disney world. He has palpitations and his heart gets out of rhythm a lot. Definitely avoid caffeine and even sugar. Also medicine does help.

Too much caffeine probably because of G-Fuel. All that caffeine is dehydrating him too which makes his anxiety worse and maybe giving him the acid reflux

I really needed this video today. All the stress Ive been going thru has been weighing hard on me lately and I really needed to hear someone, to motivate me, to stop letting life bring me down as hard as it has been, to help me get thru what I’m going thru right now. They could never understand or imagine how much their kind words and motivational talks really have helped so many ppl including myself. This video came at the perfect time for me bc I’m about to be facing one of the hardest days Of my entire life next week and I’ve been so broken and just mentally and physically exhausted and just ready to give up. Ok so ik most people will probably never see this but I hold this story very very close to me. So the logo Smile More really reminds me of one of my best friends. Because about a year ago I was in a... Let's say a very dark spot ( that's to put it lightly ) and I almost did some stuff that I would have regretted. But my one friend was always there for me. He told me that people cared abt me, that I was needed here on Earth, that God's plan for me wasn't done yet, and that he needed me and I was one of his best friends. And he never let me forget thoes things. And over the course of three months I was feeling amazing cause of all of the little things that he was doing for me. He saved my life 5+ times and he made me smile when I didn't want to. So please if your reading this and you know someone that is going through something weather it be a big or a small thing tell them how much they mean to you. You never know how much it could help them and you never know when the last time your gonna talk to them will be

I've gone through something similar. I know exactly how it makes you feel. Have you tried a muscle relaxer and going to a chiropractor? I would reccomend a chiro. I doubt it is anxiety. I have read ringing in the ears is linked to something related to your heart. You might read into that. Best wishes and stay strong... the world needs you. You are loved.

Could be anxiety or stress. For some people it can physically cause heart attack like pains.
